Find a point in the general location specified that feels sore, painful or tense, or where a small hollow between bones, muscles or tendons exists. Press with a firm pressure for 10 to 60 seconds, if symptoms improve, continue using this point several times per day or whenever symptoms are present. If your condition is generally characterized by excess, a light touch for an extended period of time may be most effective. Otherwise precise, firm pressure is recommended. Use your own judgment based on what feels good to your body, or is effective for your condition.
